Receita de Choro instantly transports you to the heat of Brazil where the Roda de Choro began! With an all-Melbourne line up of piano accordion (Cameron Fallaw), seven string guitar (Chris Gassin) and pandeiro/percussion (Monique Zucco), this latest offshoot of Melbourne’s growing choro scene offers a charming performance of your favorite Brazilian music from composers such as Pixinguinha, Nazareth and Jobim. Tantalizing, catchy melodies, a show of stunning musicianship and saucy samba rhythms make this trio the perfect way to go on a holiday without leaving town.

Latin Soul Starring Matthew Fagan

Come and enjoy a vibrant musical journey of Sultry Latin, fiery Spanish Flamenco and more.

Crystal’s warm sensual and intimate vocals combined with Matthew’s impressive finger-style guitar technique create an intimate connection with the audience through their superb technical ability and emotionally fiery execution.

Crystal Laine will share vibrant and joyous Brazilian Bossa Nova Jazz songs made famous by Astrid Gilberto including hits Girl from Ipanema and Mas Que Nada. A particular highlight of Matthew's performance will be original flamenco which featured Matthew performed live on the opening episode, season 2 of Channel 7’s “Winners and Losers”.
